Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care and emotional support, ensuring dignity, empathy, and patient comfort at all times.
Regularly monitor vital signs, assess recovery progress, and promptly report any changes to the medical team.
Accurately administer medications, injections, and IV fluids while strictly following safety and dosage protocols.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records, nursing charts, and digital entries in hospital management systems.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency cases in various departments.
Adhere strictly to hygiene, sterilization, and infection control practices to ensure a safe healthcare environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Haryana Nurses & Nurse-Midwives Council (HNNMC) or relevant authority.
- Fluency in Hindi (knowledge of Haryanvi/Punjabi preferred); working knowledge of English for medical documentation.
- Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and ability to work rotational shifts.
- Basic digital literacy for operating hospital software and monitoring equipment.
Experience
- 1–5 years experience in hospitals or clinics preferred.
- Freshers with valid registration and strong academic performance are welcome.
- Experience in ICU, Emergency, Pediatrics, or Maternity units is an advantage.
