We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and friendly Receptionist / Front Office Executive to join our team in Yamunanagar, the “Gateway to Himachal” known for its industrial prominence, spiritual landmarks, and growing business environment. As the first point of contact, you will represent our organization with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and visitors courteously, ensuring a smooth and professional check-in experience.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries efficiently and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a neat reception area, manage visitor logs, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Assist with registrations, documentation, data entry, filing, and basic office coordination tasks.
Provide visitors with helpful information about local transport, nearby institutions, and key locations in Yamunanagar.
Follow security protocols, manage visitor access, and ensure a safe and organized workplace.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Good computer knowledge, especially MS Office and email handling.
- Fluency in Hindi (knowledge of Haryanvi/Punjabi preferred); working knowledge of English required.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in reception, front office, hotel, or corporate environment preferred.
- Experience in service, education, healthcare, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
