Key Responsibilities
Teach the assigned subject/class in alignment with CBSE, ICSE, HBSE (Haryana Board), or other relevant curricula.
Design structured lesson plans, engaging worksheets, and digital learning materials that combine conceptual clarity with value-based education.
Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment using modern teaching methodologies and experiential learning techniques.
Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic performance and development (Hindi & English proficiency essential).
Actively participate in school events, extracurricular activities, workshops, and professional development programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and commitment to student development.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of Haryanvi/Punjabi is an advantage).
- Proficiency in smartboards, computers, and educational software.
Experience
- 1–5 years teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong academic background and B.Ed. qualification are welcome.
- Experience with CBSE, ICSE, or Haryana Board syllabus is an advantage.
